Join Amgen’s Signal & Risk Management team and contribute to enhancing patient safety through advanced data systems and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and resolve daily adverse event case transmission issues.
- Troubleshoot data processing errors and collaborate with internal teams.
- Document recurring issues and introduce preventive solutions.
- Develop performance dashboards and tracking metrics.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and automate repetitive processes.
- Ensure adherence to compliance metrics (KCI standards).
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, or Information Systems.
Experience:
- 0–3 years for graduates, 4–7 years for diploma holders.
