๐ฉ⚕️ Job Title: Clinical Research Associate
Dr. Reddy’s is seeking experienced and motivated professionals for the role of Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in Hyderabad. If you’re passionate about clinical development and patient safety, this role is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure study sites comply with GCP, SOPs, and study protocols.
- Conduct site feasibility, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Handle Ethics Committee submissions and manage the Trial Master File (TMF).
- Foster strong relationships with site investigators and staff.
- Resolve data queries in coordination with the Clinical Data Management team.
- Review site documentation and track site payments.
- Support protocol development and regulatory submission processes.
๐ Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology.
- Diploma in Clinical Research is a bonus.
Experience:
- 3–6 years in clinical trial operations.
- Exposure to Phase studies and Patient-Based PK trials is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Solid knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory processes.
- Proficiency with EDC systems and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with pharmacovigilance and medical data analysis.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams.
