📝 Job Description
The Safety Science Analyst will support Clinical Safety and Pharmacovigilance (PSS) activities, helping manage and process adverse event (AE) reports from clinical trials and post-marketing studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- ✔ Perform intake and triage of safety reports from clinical and post-marketing sources
- ✔ Enter adverse event data into safety databases
- ✔ Write patient narratives and code AEs using MedDRA
- ✔ Conduct listedness assessments
- ✔ Query generation for data discrepancies
- ✔ Submit expedited SAE reports to stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- ✔ Assist in reconciliation and documentation of safety databases
- ✔ Ensure compliance with SOPs, WIs, and global regulations
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, or Medical Sciences
- Experience: 0–6 months in PV, clinical research, or related fields
- Freshers Welcome: Candidates with relevant qualifications can apply
Preferred Skills:
- 🔹 Good attention to detail
- 🔹 Clear written & verbal communication
- 🔹 Familiarity with MS Office
- 🔹 Team collaboration abilities
