🧪 Job Description: Research Analyst I

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret clinical trial documentation to extract essential data.
  • Utilize Advarra’s Clinical Trial Management Software (CTMS).
  • Collaborate with project managers to meet deliverables.
  • Optimize content for improved operational efficiency.
  • Communicate across departments and resolve issues diligently.
  • Actively participate in meetings and protocol discussions.

✅ Basic Qualifications:

  • Understanding of clinical research, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong organizational and independent work abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & related business tools.

Preferred Experience (0–2 years) in:

  • Clinical Trial Coordination
  • Clinical Data Management
  • Pharmacovigilance
  • Records Management

💡 Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent written & verbal communication.
  • Energetic, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Collaborative, customer-oriented, and quality-driven approach.

💪 Physical & Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to sit/stand for long durations.
