🧪 Job Role: Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Educational Qualifications:
✔ B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D
✔ BSc, MSc (Life Sciences)
✔ Nursing or Medicine background
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Independently coordinate and monitor clinical trial sites.
- Ensure all trials adhere to ICH-GCP and ICON's internal protocols.
- Maintain accurate study documentation and status reports.
- Address sponsor queries and ensure efficient trial execution.
- Collaborate with site staff, investigators, and other stakeholders.
📚 Required Skills
- Solid understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Excellent English communication – written and verbal.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel (up to 60%).
- Valid driver’s license.
