📝 Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Safety Associate Trainee, your primary responsibilities include:
- Processing safety data in compliance with regulations, SOPs, and project guidelines.
- Performing core pharmacovigilance activities such as:
- Collecting and tracking Adverse Events (AEs) and endpoint information.
- Determining initial/update status of incoming events.
- Entering data into safety databases.
- Coding AEs and products.
- Writing case narratives.
- Handling literature-related activities.
- Maintaining 100% compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Attending regular team meetings and providing feedback.
- Efficiently managing multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related healthcare fields.
- Freshers can apply (No prior experience required).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail with high accuracy.
- Effective time management and multitasking skills.
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Basic knowledge of pharmacovigilance & drug safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work in shifts (if required).
