📋 Job Responsibilities
- 📄 Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documents to Ethics Committees (ECs) & Regulatory Authorities
- ✔️ Ensure ICH-GCP and local regulatory compliance
- 🌐 Coordinate with global study teams and sites for site activation
- 🗂 Maintain documentation and audit readiness
- 🧑⚖️ Provide regulatory guidance to clients and sponsors
- ⚠️ Identify and address potential delays in the activation process
🧪 Required Skills & Qualifications
- 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences or a related discipline
- 1+ year experience in clinical operations, regulatory submissions, or site start-up (CRO/pharma preferred)
- 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office; solid understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines
- 🗣️ Strong communication and organizational abilities
- 📘 English fluency (written and verbal)
