Medpace is actively seeking a full-time, office-based Project Coordinator to join our Core Laboratory – Imaging Services team in Navi Mumbai. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and clinical sites to support the execution of imaging studies in global clinical trials.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project status reports and timelines for imaging studies
• Manage and monitor inventory of imaging supplies across study sites
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external study sites

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering (required)
• Master’s or PhD in Biomedical Engineering (preferred)
• Research-related experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in computer tools and project coordination software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
