🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Enter Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) into drug safety databases.
• Assess accuracy and completeness of Adverse Event (AE) case data.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities (FDA, EMA) and internal guidelines.
• Code medical terms using MedDRA, WHO-DD, and company product dictionaries.
• Prepare medically accurate safety narratives.
• Perform self-QC checks and generate queries for incomplete data.
• Support case corrections and documentation archival.
• Assist team leads in operational and compliance matters.

🎓 Eligibility & Skills Required

• Graduates in Pharmacy, Life Sciences (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, B.Sc/M.Sc).
• Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance and medical terminology.
• Knowledge of MedDRA coding is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and SOP adherence.
• Detail-oriented, with ability to meet tight deadlines.
