📝 Job Description: Research Associate – Real-World Data (HEOR)

As a Research Associate in the HEOR team, you'll support observational research and data analysis using real-world datasets like claims, EMR, and lab data. This role is fully remote and offers collaboration with global teams, particularly from the US.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

  • 📚 Conduct literature reviews from PubMed and scientific journals.
  • 📈 Summarize epidemiological and outcomes data.
  • 💊 Define patient cohorts using ICD-10, CPT, NDC codes.
  • 🧾 Prepare table shells and study protocol documents in Excel.
  • 🤝 Collaborate with cross-continental teams (US and India).
  • 💻 Assist in projects using healthcare data (claims, EMR, labs).

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

  • ✅ 2–5 years in pharma/biotech, healthcare consulting, or HEOR research.
  • ✅ Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related fields.
  • ✅ Familiarity with US/global healthcare systems and coding (ICD/CPT/NDC).
  • ✅ Experience handling real-world data (RWD).
  • ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • ✅ Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
