📝 Job Description: Safety Science Coordinator I

As a Safety Science Coordinator I, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of clinical trial participants and post-market patients by supporting safety reporting activities and maintaining regulatory compliance.

🔍 Responsibilities

• Prepare & submit Expedited and Periodic Safety Reports (ESRs & PSRs)

• Log and process Adverse Events (AE/SAE) in safety databases

• Draft patient narratives and manage MedDRA coding

• Ensure adherence to FDA, EMA, ICH-GCP regulatory standards

• Support quality control and database reconciliation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams & mentor junior staff

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Education:
  – B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, M.Sc, B.Sc, Nursing, Life Sciences

• Experience:
  – Freshers with relevant degrees (0-1 yr)
  – Non-degree holders: 1-2 years safety experience
