- 📌 Job Title: In-House Clinical Research Associate (IHCRA)

🧑💼 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Trial Master File (TMF), quality check, and documentation.
- Support IRB submissions, SUSARs, DSURs, and CSR processing.
- Ensure CTMS updates for trial milestones, subject tracking, and site compliance.
- Coordinate lab kits, patient materials, and trial logistics with ISF.
- Support CRAs with remote monitoring and follow-up site visits.
✅ Eligibility & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 0–2 years of CRO, pharma, or clinical operations experience.
- Understanding of ICH-GCP, TMF, CTMS, and regulatory terms.
- Strong organizational, communication & documentation skills.
