🧑‍💼 Key Responsibilities

• Format, review, and compile documents (Word/PDF) for IND, CTA, NDA, BLA, and MAA submissions.
• Ensure compliance with eCTD standards, including bookmarks, hyperlinks, metadata, and style guides.
• Convert Word files into submission-ready PDFs using Adobe Acrobat and publishing tools.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet submission timelines.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced MS Word formatting and template knowledge
• Expertise in Adobe Acrobat, eCTD tools like ISI Toolbox, Core Dossier, etc.
• Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Pharmacy
• Minimum 3 years experience in regulatory document publishing
• Familiarity with IND, NDA, MAA submissions & ICH/EU guidelines
• Strong communication and project management abilities
