📌 Job Description
Pfizer is looking for Safety Data Management Specialists for their Chennai team. This role supports case processing operations across global pharmacovigilance teams.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Process and review Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSR)
- Assess case validity, seriousness, and reportability
- Write and review case narratives
- Collaborate with global safety data teams
- Perform follow-up activities and generate queries
- Support audits and maintain compliance with SOPs & regulations
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in end-to-end ICSR processing
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ARGUS Safety Database
- Knowledge of E2B R2/R3 case formats (XML)
- Good command of medical terminology
- Understanding of pharmacovigilance regulations
