📄 Job Overview – Product Support Specialist

  • Resolve customer issues via email, support tickets, and phone calls.
  • Interface between clients and internal product/development teams.
  • Manage portal onboarding, access permissions, and account setup.
  • Update internal documentation and contribute to SOP development.
  • Support peer onboarding/training and escalate priority issues.


✅ Eligibility & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical/product support (software or pharma preferred)
  • Strong communication and issue-resolution skills
  • Familiar with Zendesk, JIRA, MS Office Suite
  • Comfortable working US shift hours and weekends if needed
