📄 Job Overview – Product Support Specialist
- Resolve customer issues via email, support tickets, and phone calls.
- Interface between clients and internal product/development teams.
- Manage portal onboarding, access permissions, and account setup.
- Update internal documentation and contribute to SOP development.
- Support peer onboarding/training and escalate priority issues.
✅ Eligibility & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in technical/product support (software or pharma preferred)
- Strong communication and issue-resolution skills
- Familiar with Zendesk, JIRA, MS Office Suite
- Comfortable working US shift hours and weekends if needed
