📄 Job Overview – Bioanalytical Research Associate
- Perform small molecule sample processing for method validation and bioanalytical studies
- Document experiments per ALCOA++ and GLP/GCP requirements
- Operate & troubleshoot LC-MS/MS, HPLC equipment
- Participate in audit readiness and quality compliance
- Collaborate on scientific discussions, troubleshoot and analyze data
✅ Eligibility & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in regulated bioanalysis
- Hands-on experience with chromatography instruments
- Strong documentation, communication & team collaboration
- Experience in CRO lab setup preferred
