📄 Job Overview – Bioanalytical Research Associate

  • Perform small molecule sample processing for method validation and bioanalytical studies
  • Document experiments per ALCOA++ and GLP/GCP requirements
  • Operate & troubleshoot LC-MS/MS, HPLC equipment
  • Participate in audit readiness and quality compliance
  • Collaborate on scientific discussions, troubleshoot and analyze data

✅ Eligibility & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in regulated bioanalysis
  • Hands-on experience with chromatography instruments
  • Strong documentation, communication & team collaboration
  • Experience in CRO lab setup preferred
