- ✔ Case Processing: Manage ICSRs in the safety database with precision.
- ✔ MedDRA Coding: Ensure accurate AE coding using MedDRA terminology.
- ✔ Follow-ups: Conduct written follow-ups for serious/non-serious cases.
- ✔ Compliance: Adhere to global PV regulations & SOPs.
- ✔ Affiliate Mailbox: Case reconciliation and mailbox monitoring.
✅ Eligibility & Skills
- ✅ B.Pharm or M.Pharm graduates (Freshers eligible)
- ✅ 0–2 years’ experience in pharmacovigilance or clinical research
- ✅ Strong attention to detail & accuracy
- ✅ Basic knowledge of pharmacovigilance operations & MedDRA
- ✅ Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required)
