📄 Job Overview

Medtronic is hiring Associate Clinical Research Specialist (Freshers) to support clinical evaluation studies, protocols, and compliance for medical devices in India.

🔬 Key Responsibilities

✔ Oversee, design, and develop clinical evaluation research studies.
✔ Prepare & author protocols, CRFs, and study documents.
✔ Conduct registered & non-registered clinical trials for medical devices.
✔ Interpret clinical trial results and prepare regulatory/commercial reports.
✔ Manage operations: budgeting, supplies, site & vendor selection.
✔ Ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, and Indian regulations.
✔ Represent Medtronic in research forums; collaborate with authorities.
✔ Build strong relationships with investigators and stakeholders.
✔ Drive local evidence generation and dissemination.

✅ Required Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
✅ Fresh graduates welcome (0 years experience required).
✅ Strong theoretical knowledge of clinical research & medical devices.
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
✅ Comfortable with a hybrid work model (Mumbai-based).
