📄 Job Overview
As a Clinical Research Associate II at Parexel, you will oversee clinical trials from site identification to close-out, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, Parexel SOPs, and regulatory requirements. This role provides the opportunity to work on impactful studies, manage trial operations, and collaborate with investigators and site staff to ensure trial success.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- ✔ Manage clinical sites as the primary point of contact, ensuring regulatory and SOP compliance.
- ✔ Monitor trial implementation, assess data quality, and address site issues.
- ✔ Build strong relationships with investigators and site staff to support recruitment and retention.
- ✔ Review and approve site documentation, manage TMF submissions, and ensure audit readiness.
- ✔ Conduct on-site training and evaluate site staff performance.
- ✔ Oversee study supply accountability, including returns and destruction.
- ✔ Generate visit reports and maintain CTMS/EDMS updates.
✅ Eligibility & Skills
- ✅ Degree in biological science, pharmacy, health-related discipline, or equivalent nursing qualification.
- ✅ 2–6 years of site management or clinical research experience.
- ✅ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- ✅ Proficiency in CTMS, EDMS, and MS Office tools.
- ✅ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a matrix team environment.
- ✅ Willingness to travel extensively.
