- Review SmPC, PIL, and packaging materials; adapt texts to QRD templates and proofread.
- Coordinate translations of product information into EU languages.
- Monitor EU regulatory environment and screen for innovations.
- Act as Cost Center Administrator in SAP and manage purchase requisitions in ARIBA.
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks.

- Prepare and submit high-quality post-approval submissions to Health Canada.
- Develop and implement regulatory strategies for assigned projects.
- Evaluate change controls for regulatory filings and ensure compliance.

✅ Eligibility & Skills
- Experience or knowledge in European pharmaceutical law and regulatory affairs.
- Intermediate to advanced English and strong MS Office skills.
- Project management experience preferred.
- 5–7 years in regulatory affairs (post-approval, EU/FDA, Health Canada preferred).
- 7–10 years in pharmaceuticals; sterile products experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and critical thinking.
