Job Description:
- Review and annotate medical documents (patient records, clinical reports)
- Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, ICH, and GCP guidelines
- Handle ICD-10 and CPT coding for patient records
- Perform data validation and quality checks
- Work in US shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharma / M.Pharma
- Experience: 1+ years in medical data entry, clinical data management, or healthcare documentation
- Mandatory: Prior night shift experience
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of FDA/EMA/ICH-GCP regulations
- Familiarity with ICD & CPT codes
- Strong attention to detail
