📄 Job Overview – Clinical Data Coder

Code medical data using MedDRA and WHO Drug.
Maintain and up-version medical dictionaries.
Create and manage coding guidelines.
Validate setups and run QC reports.
Resolve data queries and collaborate with DM teams.

📄 Job Overview – Regulatory Documents Assistant

Develop and manage TMF/ISF structures.
Review and QC documents per GCP/ICH standards.
Set up and review electronic TMFs.
Support document workflows and compliance tracking.
Assist with administrative tasks and material logistics.

✅ Eligibility & Skills

Clinical Data Coder:

Bachelor’s in pharmacy, life sciences, nursing, or related
2 years of clinical trial/pharma experience (preferred)
Strong with MedDRA, WHODD, and query handling
Excellent communication and data review skills

Regulatory Documents Assistant:

College degree with clinical research background
Knowledge of TMF, ICH-GCP standards
MS Word, Excel, documentation systems proficiency
Detail-oriented, team-focused, and deadline-driven
