🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Process ICSRs: MedDRA coding, seriousness assessment, and expectedness checks.
- Write medical narratives for adverse event cases with high accuracy.
- Ensure timely submission of expedited safety reports per regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct follow-ups and manage missing or unclear safety data.
- Update clients on case progress and escalate discrepancies.
- Contribute to training materials and team knowledge sharing.
- Review cases for quality, completeness, and consistency.
✅ Eligibility & Skills
- Life science degree (Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, or equivalent); advanced qualifications preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance case processing.
- Proficient in MedDRA coding, global PV regulations, and case narrative writing.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams.
