🔬 Key Responsibilities
- ✔ Manage affiliate mailbox and reconcile safety reports.
- ✔ Perform written follow-ups for serious and non-serious adverse event cases.
- ✔ Handle case identification, MedDRA coding, data entry, and case processing.
- ✔ Submit and track Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
- ✔ Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance guidelines.
- ✔ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve routine issues.
- ✔ Work in rotational shifts as per project requirements.
✅ Required Qualifications & Skills
- ✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- ✅ 0–3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety / Clinical Research.
- ✅ Knowledge of MedDRA coding & ICSR management.
- ✅ Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- ✅ Detail-oriented and able to handle regulatory compliance processes.
