🔬 Key Responsibilities
- ✔ Manage affiliate mailbox and reconcile safety reports.
- ✔ Perform follow-ups for Serious and Non-serious adverse event cases.
- ✔ Handle case creation, MedDRA coding, and ICSR submissions.
- ✔ Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations.
- ✔ Troubleshoot routine problems using SOPs and guidelines.
- ✔ Work as an individual contributor with accuracy and timeliness.
- ✔ Be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
✅ Required Qualifications & Skills
- ✅ B.Pharm or M.Pharm (mandatory).
- ✅ 0–3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety.
- ✅ Knowledge of MedDRA coding & case processing.
- ✅ Strong communication & teamwork skills.
- ✅ Ability to work in a regulatory & compliance-driven environment.
