🔬 Key Responsibilities
Clinical Data Coordinator I
- ✔ Assist Data Management Study Lead in developing eCRF, Data Validation Specifications, and Study Procedures.
- ✔ Review clinical & third-party data as per edit specifications and review plans.
- ✔ Issue clear and concise queries to investigator sites.
- ✔ Support archiving, filing, and query dispatching to maintain timelines.
- ✔ Collaborate effectively with clinical data scientists and cross-functional teams.
Clinical Data Coordinator II
- ✔ Support Data Management Study Lead in maintaining eCRF, Validation Specifications, and SOPs.
- ✔ Handle data reconciliation and track study/task metrics.
- ✔ Address complex data-related queries and recommend corrective actions.
- ✔ Perform root cause analysis and resolve data issues.
- ✔ Report study progress to project teams and managers.
✅ Required Qualifications & Skills
- ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related fields.
- ✅ 2–5 years of clinical data management experience in pharma/biotech.
- ✅ Familiarity with Medidata, Oracle RDC, or similar data systems.
- ✅ Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines (preferred).
- ✅ Excellent communication, detail orientation, and cross-functional skills.
