This role is perfect for professionals with 2–5 years of experience in clinical data management who want to grow their expertise in eCRF, data validation, and regulatory compliance.

🔬 Key Responsibilities

Clinical Data Coordinator I

✔ Assist Data Management Study Lead in developing eCRF, Data Validation Specifications, and Study Procedures.
✔ Review clinical & third-party data as per edit specifications and review plans.
✔ Issue clear and concise queries to investigator sites.
✔ Support archiving, filing, and query dispatching to maintain timelines.
✔ Collaborate effectively with clinical data scientists and cross-functional teams.

Clinical Data Coordinator II

✔ Support Data Management Study Lead in maintaining eCRF, Validation Specifications, and SOPs.
✔ Handle data reconciliation and track study/task metrics.
✔ Address complex data-related queries and recommend corrective actions.
✔ Perform root cause analysis and resolve data issues.
✔ Report study progress to project teams and managers.

✅ Required Qualifications & Skills

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related fields.
✅ 2–5 years of clinical data management experience in pharma/biotech.
✅ Familiarity with Medidata, Oracle RDC, or similar data systems.
✅ Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines (preferred).
✅ Excellent communication, detail orientation, and cross-functional skills.
