📄 Pharmacovigilance Intern – Job Overview

  • Manage pharmacovigilance mailboxes: triage client communication and safety reports.
  • Perform duplicate searches and initial book-in of cases.
  • Enter key case details (patient, drug, adverse event) into Argus safety database.
  • Assist with case processing, MedDRA coding, and narrative writing.
  • Support ICSR management to meet regulatory timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely adverse event reporting.


🎓 Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Medicine (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, M.Sc, B.Sc).
  • Basic exposure or training with Argus database is preferred.
  • Understanding of pharmacovigilance principles (ICSRs, MedDRA, timelines).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and good computer skills.
  • Strong written & verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
