Precision Medicine Group is hiring Central Monitor II (Remote) and Senior Central Monitor (Bengaluru). These roles are ideal for professionals experienced in risk-based quality management (RBQM), data oversight, and clinical monitoring with opportunities to grow in centralized trial monitoring.

🔬 Key Responsibilities

• ✔ Conduct study risk assessments to identify issues & mitigation strategies.
• ✔ Perform centralized statistical monitoring to ensure data quality.
• ✔ Develop and implement RBQM plans with clinical & data teams.
• ✔ Support or lead monthly RBQM meetings and generate reports.
• ✔ Oversee operational metrics like site health, SDV backlog, and entry trends.
• ✔ Mentor junior colleagues (for Senior Central Monitor).
• ✔ Communicate with sponsors on risk management strategies (Senior role).

✅ Required Qualifications & Skills

• ✅ Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Statistics, Data Management, or Clinical Ops.
• ✅ Central Monitor II: 2+ years in clinical monitoring or trial management.
• ✅ Senior Central Monitor: 5+ years with leadership in RBQM & risk planning.
• ✅ Strong knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and trial processes.
• ✅ Proficiency with RBQM tools, data analysis, and monitoring systems.

⭐ Preferred Skills

• ⭐ CRO experience as Central Monitor.
• ⭐ Ability to mentor & guide junior team members (Senior role).
