📄 Safety & PV Trainee – Job Overview
- Enter Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) into pharmacovigilance databases.
- Process and triage ICSRs for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Code medical history, events, and test results using MedDRA.
- Assist in expedited safety reporting and narrative preparation.
- Support literature screening, xEVMPD, SPOR/IDMP activities.
- Perform quality checks, maintain documentation, and support audits.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.
- Freshers or up to 1 year of PV/clinical research experience.
- Strong knowledge of ICH, GVP, and GCP guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good medical terminology and data entry skills.
