🔬 Key Responsibilities
- ✔ Site feasibility and investigator selection, budget negotiation, and contract execution.
- ✔ Ethics Committee (EC) submissions and approvals across trial sites.
- ✔ Monitor site initiation, ongoing monitoring, and close-out activities with proper documentation.
- ✔ Train investigators and site staff on GCP, study protocols, and trial procedures.
- ✔ Manage patient recruitment, data entry, source verification, and query resolution.
- ✔ Safety reporting including SAE and SUSAR as per regulatory & PV policies.
- ✔ Identify risks, implement CAPA, and ensure trial quality.
- ✔ Collaborate with CROs for data management, statistical analysis, and database lock (DBL).
✅ Required Qualifications & Skills
- ✅ Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, or PG Diploma in Clinical Research.
- ✅ 1–5 years of experience in clinical research or CRA roles.
- ✅ Knowledge of GCP, regulatory compliance, and clinical trial operations.
- ✅ Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- ✅ Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners.
