Fortrea, a leading global Clinical Research Organization (CRO), is hiring for the role of Senior TMF Associate (Remote, Mumbai). This position is ideal for experienced professionals with a background in TMF management, GCP compliance, and eTMF operations. You will play a key role in maintaining audit-ready Trial Master Files and supporting global clinical study teams.
🔬 Key Responsibilities
- ✔ Manage electronic Trial Master Files (eTMF) across trial, country, and site levels.
- ✔ Perform document classification, ARC reviews, and deletions under Smart Inbox.
- ✔ Conduct Audit Ready Checks (ARC) and ensure document accuracy and completeness.
- ✔ Support QA and sponsor audits; resolve audit findings efficiently.
- ✔ Maintain compliance with GCP, ICH, and SOP standards.
- ✔ Collaborate with internal BP&S teams for process improvements.
- ✔ Mentor and train junior TMF team members as needed.
✅ Required Qualifications & Skills
- ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business (Master’s preferred).
- ✅ 3–6 years of experience in Clinical Research or TMF Operations.
- ✅ Strong understanding of GCP, ICH, and audit readiness practices.
- ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and eTMF systems (e.g., Veeva Vault).
- ✅ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
