📄 Job Overview
As a TMF (Trial Master File) Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clinical trials by managing essential documents and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position is available across multiple experience levels — from entry-level to senior specialist roles.
🔬 Key Responsibilities
- ✔ Manage study documents as per client and regulatory requirements, including receipt, QC, indexing, and archiving.
- ✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and internal ICON units for project goals.
- ✔ Ensure adherence to ICON SOPs and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
- ✔ Support audit readiness and participate in TMF quality reviews.
- ✔ Maintain accurate document tracking and participate in compliance reporting.
- ✔ Take part in training and professional development programs to enhance TMF knowledge.
✅ Required Qualifications & Skills
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 🧠 1–15 years of experience in TMF management or clinical documentation.
- 💬 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 🗂️ Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- ⚖️ Knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical operations, and regulatory compliance.
