🔬 Key Responsibilities
- ✔ Provide administrative support for clinical study coordination.
- ✔ Maintain project trackers, contacts, and documentation in CTMS.
- ✔ Track vendor and site invoices and assist with reconciliations.
- ✔ Manage and organize files in eTMF and track regulatory documents.
- ✔ Support site access requests and permissions in systems.
- ✔ Update and maintain subject enrollment trackers.
- ✔ Prepare project reports, study trackers, and close-out documents.
- ✔ Support cross-functional teams with general administrative tasks.
✅ Eligibility & Skills Required
- 🎓 B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech (Biotech), Nursing, or related Life Science field.
- 💻 Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- 🗂️ Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- 🗣️ Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- ⏱️ Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
