🔬 Key Responsibilities (Overview)
- Database setup, validation, and data entry using CDM software.
- Query management, data cleaning, and CRF tracking.
- Develop and maintain Data Management Plans and study documentation.
- Collaborate with global project teams and external vendors.
- Lead and mentor junior data management staff (for senior roles).
✅ Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or postgraduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields.
- Experience ranging from 0.5 to 8+ years in Clinical Data Management.
- Knowledge of CDM tools like Medidata Rave, Oracle Inform, or equivalent.
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ICH-GCP and global clinical trial standards.
