🔬 Key Responsibilities
- ✔ Provide administrative & technical support to project teams.
- ✔ Ensure audit readiness with timely file reviews per SOPs.
- ✔ Support site activation activities & critical path development.
- ✔ Collaborate with investigators & site personnel for feasibility assessments.
- ✔ Build a local knowledge base of sites & assist in site selection.
- ✔ Mentor new staff and support process improvement initiatives.
✅ Required Qualifications & Skills
- ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Healthcare (preferred).
- ✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience in clinical research, site management, or related roles.
- ✅ Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines & regulatory requirements.
- ✅ Strong organizational, multitasking & communication skills.
- ✅ Proficiency in MS Office & CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems).
