🔬 Key Responsibilities
- ✔ Creating, compiling, and distributing Product Quality Reports (PQR).
- ✔ Coordinating with global affiliates for certificate and sample tracking.
- ✔ Monitoring live progress of sample & certificate requests.
- ✔ Managing translations of submission documents via external vendors.
- ✔ Handling sample requests for product registration.
- ✔ Accurate workflow task assignment based on request type.
- ✔ Updating and archiving RA requests on SharePoint.
- ✔ Performing bulk updates in regulatory systems.
- ✔ Supporting additional RA operational & administrative tasks.
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
- ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Bioscience.
- ✅ 6 months to 2 years of Regulatory Affairs or related experience.
- ✅ Strong coordination and documentation management skills.
- ✅ Able to handle global communication effectively.
- ✅ Experience with SharePoint or RA systems (preferred).
- ✅ Excellent English communication skills.
