🔬 Key Responsibilities
- ✔ Execute study-specific workflows: create, resume, cancel & complete workflow runs.
- ✔ Review and redact images, videos & documents as per study needs.
- ✔ Provision study-site and customer user accounts.
- ✔ Support source document translation and generate DICOM image links.
- ✔ Use SightHound, PDF redaction tools, MS Office & documentation utilities.
- ✔ Raise and resolve documentation queries with study sites.
- ✔ Ensure GDP (Good Documentation Practices) & protection of PHI/PII.
- ✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tool usage.
- ✔ Contribute to final study closeout activities.
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
- ✅ Bachelor's in CS, IT, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or related fields.
- ✅ 0–2 years of experience in clinical trials, healthcare, or data processing.
- ✅ Strong MS Word, Excel, Teams & OneNote skills.
- ✅ Ability to identify & accurately redact PHI/PII.
- ✅ Good communication skills in English.
- ✅ Able to work independently and in teams.
