🔬 Key Responsibilities
- 📁 Provide administrative and documentation support for trial setup, execution, and closure.
- 🗂 Manage and maintain the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) and IMPACT CTMS/eSTRA tools.
- 📅 Coordinate study timelines, prepare meeting minutes, and track deliverables.
- 💰 Support site payments, budget tracking, and audit readiness.
- 👥 Assist onboarding new team members and monitoring training compliance.
- 🌐 Collaborate with global teams including CPLs and CRAs.
- ✅ Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and company SOPs.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- 💼 Minimum 3 years of experience in Clinical R&D.
- 💡 Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and eTMF management.
- 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical data systems.
- 🗣 Excellent communication and organization skills.
