🔬 Key Responsibilities
- ✔ Partner with Global Study Leaders to monitor study conduct and milestones.
- ✔ Identify risks, flag issues, and support mitigation strategies for timelines, quality, and budget.
- ✔ Support end-to-end operational delivery—from study setup to archival.
- ✔ Maintain internal systems, trackers, databases, and project plans.
- ✔ Review critical study documents (protocols, ICFs) and assist in study plan development.
- ✔ Coordinate cross-functional and global communication across teams, CROs, vendors, and regulatory functions.
- ✔ Act as primary point of contact for vendors and oversee deliverables.
- ✔ Track clinical supplies, raise supply risks, and propose corrective actions.
- ✔ Ensure eTMF inspection readiness and document completeness.
- ✔ Manage change orders and study expenses, aligning contracts and financial documentation.
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
- ✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, or related field.
- ✅ Experience in clinical trial coordination, clinical operations, study support, or data management preferred.
- ✅ Knowledge of eTMF systems, ICH-GCP, vendor oversight, and documentation.
- ✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- ✅ Ability to work on global studies with cross-functional teams.
