🔬 Key Responsibilities
- ✔ Review and follow Clinical Data Management Plans (CDMPs) for assigned projects.
- ✔ Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for EDC systems and validate data entry screens.
- ✔ Manage discrepancy and query resolution, data cleaning, and SAE reconciliation.
- ✔ Perform quality control (QC) of data listings, lab ranges, and edit checks.
- ✔ Coordinate external data reviews (lab, PK, PD, IVRS).
- ✔ Support database design, CRF/eCRF review, and Data Validation Specification (DVS) updates.
- ✔ Generate data cleaning and status reports, assist in post-migration testing and sponsor meetings.
- ✔ Mentor junior CDAs and collaborate with Safety, Biostatistics, and Programming teams.
✅ Qualifications & Skills
- 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 💻 2–4 years’ experience in Clinical Data Management using Inform EDC or similar tools.
- 🧩 Knowledge of discrepancy management, vendor reconciliation, SAE, PK/PD, and IVRS data.
- 🧬 Experience in Vaccine or Oncology therapeutic areas preferred.
- 📊 Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Windows applications.
- 📚 Good understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and data validation processes.
- 🗣️ Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
