Amgen is hiring Associate & Senior Associate – Patient Data Management professionals in Hyderabad to work on PSP, SP and specialty pharmacy datasets. Roles involve onboarding, validation, curation, governance and analytics enablement for patient-level data.

1️⃣ Associate – Patient Data Management

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Support onboarding of PSP & SP data sources
• Perform data validation, reconciliation & quality checks
• Manage data delivery timelines, logs & documentation
• Maintain compliance with privacy, security & governance SOPs
• Support audits, issue tracking & data access workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree + 1–2 years pharma/data management experience
• Basic SQL, Python, data processing & cloud platforms
• Familiarity with PSP/SP datasets; strong attention to detail

⭐ Good to Have:

• HIPAA/GDPR knowledge, Tableau/Power BI
• Experience in Agile environments

2️⃣ Senior Associate – Patient Data Management

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Support integration, transformation & curation of patient-level data
• Link 1P & 3P datasets for longitudinal analytics
• Monitor patient data aggregation pipelines & lead validations
• Implement governance controls, lineage & compliance workflows
• Partner with global teams, vendors & IS/IT

🎓 Qualifications:

• Master’s + 1–3 years OR Bachelor’s + 2–4 years pharma data experience
• Hands-on with AWS, SQL, Python, R, Databricks, Tableau
• Ability to translate business requirements into data requirements

⭐ Good to Have:

• Exposure to PSP, SP, syndicated claims & digital data
• Understanding of SAFe / Agile & global privacy protocols
