🧭 Key Responsibilities

• Revenue recognition & project forecasting
• Support PMs in profitability & realization metrics
• Variance analysis & management reporting
• Month-end revenue & cost processing
• Budget reconciliation & project close-out
• Client contracting, milestones & payment schedules
• ERP setup (Salesforce / Certinia)
• Respond to client finance queries

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Finance / Life Sciences / Clinical Research
• 2+ years in pharma/CRO/healthcare finance
• Strong financial acumen & Excel expertise
• ERP experience (Salesforce/Certinia) preferred
• Strong analytical & communication skills
