🧭 Key Responsibilities
- Assign ICD-10-PCS and DRG codes for inpatient & ED facility records
- Ensure compliance with US inpatient coding guidelines
- Review medical documentation for accuracy
- Coordinate with India & US teams for query resolution
- Maintain coding quality and productivity benchmarks
- Stay updated with DRG changes and payer rules
🎓 Required Qualifications
- Mandatory: CCS certification
- Minimum 1 year inpatient facility coding experience
- Preferred 2–3 years hands-on IPDRG coding
🧠 Required Skills
- ICD-10-PCS & DRG assignment
- Facility-based ED coding
- US inpatient medical record review
- Strong analytical & documentation skills
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Dual certification: CCS + CPC
- Experience with EMR & coding platforms
- Exposure to US healthcare workflows
