Lambda Therapeutic Research, a leading global CRO operating across India, USA, Canada, UK, and Europe, is hiring a Research Associate – Bioanalytical Operations. This role provides strong LC-MS/MS analytical exposure, GLP compliance experience, and career growth in international bioanalytical research.
🧭 Key Responsibilities
- Develop & validate bioanalytical methods using LC-MS/MS
- Process & analyze biological samples for assigned studies
- Operate, calibrate & troubleshoot LC-MS/MS instruments
- Prepare draft SOPs and ensure system-specific compliance
- Maintain instrument logbooks & audit readiness
- Ensure GLP, OECD GLP & 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc. (Analytical, Pharma Sciences, related)
- 2–3 years hands-on bioanalytical laboratory experience
- Strong exposure to LC-MS/MS method development & validation
- Knowledge of GLP, OECD guidelines & regulatory documentation
