Sun Pharma (India's largest pharma company) is hiring for two clinical research roles at its Mumbai corporate office: Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) and Executive – Trial Master File (eTMF). 1️⃣ Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) — Key Responsibilities
- Maintain study documentation (protocols, ICFs, CRFs, reports).
- Organize and manage electronic and paper study files.
- Support meeting scheduling, minutes, travel coordination and site communication.
- Assist in tracking site invoices, vendor codes and payments.
- Support GCP compliance and basic regulatory documentation.
2️⃣ Executive – Trial Master File (eTMF) — Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, complete, inspection-ready TMF.
- Review and approve TMF documents for compliance and version control.
- Maintain eTMF structure, folders and system health; ensure continuous updates.
- Coordinate with CRAs for TMF updates and perform periodic gap analyses.
- Support health authority inspection preparation and audits.
🎓 Educational Qualifications (Both Roles)
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Public Health OR
- Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research
- Experience: 0–2 years in Clinical Research (freshers eligible)
