🔬 Key Responsibilities
- ✔ Perform TMF QC following ICH-GCP, SOPs, and study guidelines.
- ✔ Support TMF setup, maintenance, completeness checks & study closure.
- ✔ Scan, upload, index, and verify documents in eTMF systems.
- ✔ Ensure document audit readiness & regulatory compliance.
- ✔ Maintain trackers, status updates, and TMF health reports.
- ✔ Resolve discrepancies with document owners & stakeholders.
- ✔ Participate in inspections & TMF reconciliation activities.
- ✔ Maintain productivity, quality & training compliance.
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
- ✅ 2–3 years of hands-on TMF experience (Mandatory)
- ✅ B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D / Life Sciences graduate
- ✅ Experience with eTMF (Veeva / PhlexTMF / Wingspan) preferred
- ✅ Strong understanding of GCP, ICH, regulatory standards
- ✅ Excellent communication & documentation skills
- ✅ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment
