Amgen, a global biotechnology leader, is hiring Study Delivery Associates for its Clinical Research Operations team. This role supports global clinical trials by ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and timely study delivery.
Ideal for professionals with experience in clinical trial coordination, CTMS, eTMF, and TMF management.
🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain study trackers, dashboards, and timelines
- Support study start-up (SSU) activities and system access
- Monitor enrollment, data flow, and quality metrics
- Support Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM)
- Coordinate with CROs, vendors, and investigator sites
- Maintain CTMS, eTMF, and inspection-ready TMF
- Support query resolution and data reconciliation
🎓 Eligibility & Experience
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D / MSc / BSc (Life Sciences)
- 1+ year clinical research experience preferred
- Exposure to global clinical trials is an advantage
- Hands-on knowledge of CTMS, eTMF, EDC, MS Excel
🧠 Key Skills
- Clinical trial operations & compliance knowledge

- Strong coordination and communication skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
💰 Salary (India – Estimated)
- ₹6,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum
