This is a remote, full-time permanent role with the hiring office located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The position focuses on IMP/IP logistics, GMP compliance, and clinical trial supply management.

Job Title: Clinical Supplies Officer

Work Mode: Remote

Hiring Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end clinical trial supplies including IMP and non-IMP
Coordinate labeling, packaging, re-labeling, and shipment activities
Develop drug distribution strategies aligned with study timelines
Prepare and maintain accurate clinical supply forecasts
Support IMP plans including temperature excursion management
Coordinate with vendors for sourcing, packaging, and shipment
Ensure GMP, GCP, QMS, and regulatory compliance
Initiate and track Import License (IL) submissions and renewals
Monitor vendor deliverables and resolve quality or timeline issues

🎓 Eligibility & Skills

Any Graduate (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields preferred)
3 – 5 years experience in clinical supplies or IMP/IP logistics
Strong knowledge of GMP and clinical supply chain processes
Experience with labeling, packaging, and shipment activities
Vendor coordination and regulatory documentation experience
Strong communication and documentation skills
