This role is ideal for freshers and early-career life science graduates who want to build a strong foundation in clinical trial investigator payments, study support, and GCP-compliant processes.

🧾 Job Details – Payment Associate I

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Experience: 0–2 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Review EDC data, CTAs, and contracts for investigator payments
Process payments in clinical payment systems
Prepare cover letters, proforma invoices, and payment batches
Perform Invoice Quality Control (QC)
Coordinate with CTLs and Project Managers for approvals
Process OOP and pass-through expense invoices
Perform payment reconciliation during study close-out
Ensure compliance with SOPs and ICH-GCP guidelines
Maintain project documentation and data quality
Support site start-up and investigator submission activities

🎓 Eligibility

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D
BSc / MSc – Life Sciences
Nursing / MLT / Allied Health Professionals
Freshers and early-career candidates can apply
Basic knowledge of clinical research & GCP preferred
