Cencora is hiring Trainee Specialist – CLS Global Medical Writing for its Noida office.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for freshers from Pharmacy and Life Sciences who want to build a long-term career in Regulatory Medical Writing, Clinical Documentation, and Toxicology Writing.

🧪 Job Details – Medical Writing Trainee

Position: Trainee Specialist – CLS Global Medical Writing

Company: Cencora (PharmaLex India Pvt. Ltd.)

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: Freshers

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Office-Based / Hybrid (as per team requirement)

🧾 Key Responsibilities

  • Perform systematic literature searches for regulatory and scientific documents
  • Support preparation of pre-clinical and clinical sections of CTD / eCTD dossiers
  • Assist in toxicology documentation such as PDE, OEL, and risk assessments
  • Contribute to medical-scientific documents including publications and product rationales
  • Support medico-marketing and scientific communication materials
  • Collaborate with senior medical writers and regulatory managers
  • Ensure high-quality, compliant, and well-structured documentation
  • Handle additional responsibilities aligned with training and role capability

🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications

  • B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D
  • BSc / MSc – Life Sciences or related discipline
  • Freshers are eligible to apply
  • Strong interest in Medical Writing & Regulatory Affairs
  • Basic understanding of EU Marketing Authorization process (preferred)

🧠 Required Skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong scientific literature review skills
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare & pharma regulations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments
